Intelcia Talent Academyis a Graduate Program of 24 months on a permanent contract, designed for high-potential young graduates from the best international programs. The program focuses mainly on learning about the company’s business lines, developing management skills, and geographical mobility.

Cross-functional and international experience
A customized program that allows you to alternate between strategic assignments within support functions and more operational projects. The program is structured mainly around 4 six-month missions across 5 excellence tracks (HR & training, Marketing & sales, Finance, IT, CRM), with the opportunity to complete at least 1 international mission from your second year onward.
Mentoring and personalized support
Throughout your assignments, you are supervised by a member of the Group’s management team who guides and advises you at every stage of your journey. You are also guided throughout your program by the Chairman and the CEO.
Learning & Coaching
A training program delivered by industry experts enables you to develop both your business expertise and your management and leadership skills. At the end of this program, you will have the skills needed to move into a position of responsibility.
